Through extensive research and in-person surveys over a six-month period, we examined existing stores to find what was good, what needed to be improved and what was missing from current video game retailers. Hard-core gamers know what they like and want to get in and out, newer game shoppers don’t want to be overwhelmed, and parents want to know ratings.
